Our Story

We are Gall and Galit Raiman—husband and wife, business partners, and lifelong friends. We love people, beautiful jewelry, and celebrating this precious life.

Our story began as neighbors, when we were five and six years old. We grew up together and became childhood sweethearts. Life eventually took us in different directions; decades later, we found our way back to each other.

We love to enjoy and appreciate all that life brings. Our passion is at the heart of Raiman Rocks: how we welcome you, the jewels we choose, and the relationships we build. Clients often become friends. We share stories, celebrate milestones, and have the pleasure of seeing one another again as life unfolds.

This is what makes our work meaningful: to share each other's joy.

Finding Our Way to Maui

For Gall, Hawaiʻi has always held a special place. His career began in Honolulu, and even after moving to Los Angeles, he dreamed of returning to the islands.

We began asking where we wanted to be and how we wanted to live our next chapter. We traveled throughout Hawaiʻi together and fell in love with Maui.

We decided to make Maui our home. We thought we might retire. But we felt inspired inspired to share our love of diamonds with our island community.

The opportunity at The Shops at Wailea brought our dream into reality. Raiman Rocks Wailea is our first flagship retail store: a place to welcome you personally, share our diamonds and jewelry, and build the relationships that have always been our favorite part of this business.

Gall Raiman

Founder, President, & Master Gemologist

Gall’s diamond career began in Honolulu in 1984. Over four decades, his work has spanned diamond sourcing, jewelry design, manufacturing, and wholesale.

After receiving his Gemologist certification from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), Gall built and managed fine jewelry manufacturing operations in the Los Angeles Diamond District and developed longstanding sourcing relationships across South Africa, Belgium, Israel, India, Hong Kong, and the United States.

In 2007, he founded Raiman Rocks, specializing in large, rare natural diamonds, including exceptional colorless and natural fancy color diamonds. Today, he leads our sourcing, selection, and jewelry design.

Even after four decades, a beautiful stone still makes Gall stop and admire. He loves sharing what he sees: the character of a diamond, the life of its color, and the qualities that make it remarkable. His manufacturing and wholesale experience brings a practical understanding of craftsmanship and value, from the individual stone to the finished jewel.

Galit Raiman

Chief Operating Officer & Chief Marketing Officer

Galit leads our business operations and marketing. She shapes the voice of Raiman Rocks and the personal concierge experience we offer our clients.

For Galit, the customer experience begins with a personal connection: getting to know you, what you love, what brings you to us, and what you hope to find.

Galit envisions the Wailea Showroom as a welcoming place for Maui residents and guests of the island to discover and enjoy rare diamonds and gemstones and to create their dream jewelry. Celebrating meaningful moments and life milestones with customers is her favorite part of her work.

Treasures of Nature

We feel grateful to hold and share some of Mother Nature's most extraordinary treasures. Over billions of years, diamonds form under immense pressure deep within the Earth. Their journey into our hands still fills us with wonder.

We work exclusively with natural diamonds, with a particular passion for natural fancy color diamonds. These marvels of geology invite us to look closer: their light, colors, and magic speak across eons.
